HEALTH SERVICES OWNS OR LEASES PROPERTY IN ELKTON, RISING SUN, AND PERRYVILLE, MD. THE PROPERTIES TOTAL APPROXIMATELY 140,000 SQUARE FEET OF OCCUPIED SPACE. ALL PROPERTIES ARE USED FOR HEALTHCARE ACTIVITIES WITH GREATER THAN 80% BEING PHYSICIAN OFFICE SPACE AND THE REMAINDER BEING DIAGNOSTIC AND TREATMENT SPACE. ALL PROPERTIES, WHETHER OWNED OR LEASED, CONSIST OF MEDICAL OFFICE FACILITIES DEDICATED EXCLUSIVELY TO HEALTHCARE ACTIVITIES.
