NEPA COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO THE RESIDENTS OF SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THE SERVICE AREA POPULATION IS APPROXIMATELY 40,000 WITH 12% OF PERSONS IN POVERTY AND APPROXIMATELY 10% WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE. WE PROVIDE PRIMARY CARE, INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND CARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT FOUR CLINICS LOCATED STRATEGICALLY ACROSS SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO CARE. DENTAL SERVICES ARE NOW IN FULL OPERATION AT ONE CLINIC AND POISED TO OPEN IN 2023 AT A SECOND CLINIC. ADDITIONALLY, IN THE PAST YEAR, WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED THE OFFERING OF OBGYN SERVICES ACROSS ALL HEALTH CLINICS. WE ACCEPT ALL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSURANCES AND OFFER A SLIDING FEE DISCOUNT PROGRAM FOR QUALIFIED PATIENTS. ADDITIONALLY, WE PROVIDE ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE FOR PATIENTS INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR STATE-BASED INSURANCE THROUGH EITHER PENNIE OR MEDICAID.
