NEPA COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO THE RESIDENTS OF SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THE SERVICE AREA POPULATION IS APPROXIMATELY 38,434 LIVES, WITH OVER 11.6% LIVING IN POVERTY, OF WHICH 17.4% ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 19.WE PROVIDE PRIMARY CARE AND INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AT FOUR CLINICS LOCATED STRATEGICALLY TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO CARE. THE CONTINUED GROWTH OF OUR DENTAL SERVICE LINE, AN INCREASE IN OUR OVERALL PATIENT UNIVERSE, AND AN INCREASE IN QUALITY DRIVEN CARE TO PATIENTS WITH DIABETES ARE NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE PAST YEAR. PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSURANCE AND A SLIDING FEE DISCOUNT ARE ACCEPTED AT ALL CLINIC SITES. OUR 340B DRUG DISCOUNT PROGRAM IS ANOTHER IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF ENSURING ACCESS TO CARE BY REDUCING THE COST OF MEDICATION FOR UN- AND UNDER-INSURED PATIENTS.
