FRC'S VISION IS A PREVAILING CULTURE IN WHICH ALL HUMAN LIFE IS VALUED, FAMILIES FLOURISH, AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY THRIVES.

EACH OF THESE EVENTS PROVIDED ENCOURAGEMENT TO PASTORS TO BE BOLD AND COURAGEOUS IN TODAY'S RAPIDLY GROWING HOSTILE CULTURE.
