(BSBCW) WORKS TO ENRICH WEST BALTIMORE COMMUNITIES WITH PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE LONG-TERM ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL VIABILITY OF NEIGHBORHOODS. BSBCW IS DEDICATED TO LIFTING UP THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR AT-RISK INFANTS, CHILDREN, TEENS, YOUNG ADULTS, ADULTS, AND SENIORS THROUGH ITS THREE PRIMARY SERVICE DELIVERY DEPARTMENTS: CAREER DEVELOPMENT, FINANCIAL SERVICES, AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES.
