GAGNON HOUSING CORPORATION IS A MARYLAND CORPORATION ORGANIZED IN 1980 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND OPERATING FIVE GROUP HOMES CONSISTING OF 15 UNITS FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MARYLAND. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES ASSISTANCE UNDER PROVISIONS OF SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT. SUCH PROJECTS ARE REGULATED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
