DURING FY 2022, CARE HEALTH SERVICES (CHS) PROVIDED 12,402 IN HOME NURSING VISITS FOR HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE SERVICES, PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIES, AND MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES. CHS SERVES RESIDENTS OF CAROLINE, DORCHESTER, KENT, QUEEN ANNE'S AND TALBOT COUNTIES. CHS HELPS PATIENTS MAINTAIN OPTIMAL HEALTH AND INDEPENDENCE IN THEIR HOME SETTINGS, WHETHER A FAMILY RESIDENCE, A GROUP HOME, OR A RESIDENTIAL CARE COMMUNITY.
HEALTH WATCH IS A MEDICAL ALERT SERVICE WHICH HELPS TO PRESERVE INDEPENDENT AT-HOME LIVING FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
