COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO CHILDREN WHO LOST A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE PARENT IN TERRORIST ATTACK ON 9-11 AND TO CHILDREN WHO LOST A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE PARENT IN TERRORIST ATTACKS OVERSEAS.
