SCHOLARSHIPS AND EDUCATIONAL LOANS - FEEA PROVIDES MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS EMPHASIZING COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT TO CIVILIAN FEDERAL AND POSTAL EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES. COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO CHILDREN WHO LOST A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE PARENT IN TERRORIST ATTACK ON 9-11 AND TO CHILDREN WHO LOST A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE PARENT IN TERRORIST ATTACKS OVERSEAS.


CHILDCARE ADMINISTRATION - FEEA EARNS INCOME FEEA CHILDCARE SERVICES, INC., A RELATED FOR-PROFIT SUBSIDIARY, THAT PARTNERS WITH FEDERAL AGENCIES TO PROVIDE CHILDCARE SUBSIDIES FOR LOWER INCOME FEDERAL EMPLOYEES.
