CAREGIVER SUPPORT KIT - TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO CAREGIVERS THROUGH SELF-HELP, AWARENESS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS IN THE FORM OF THE CAREGIVER'S SUPPORT KIT. THE KIT IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO CAREGIVERS ACROSS THE NATION. IN ADDITION, WE PROVIDE CARE TO SHARE PACKAGES FILLED WITH HELPFUL ITEMS FOR VETERANS AND THEIR CAREGIVERS TO SHARE, FREE OF CHARGE.
