THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS THE OPERATION OF A COUNTY FAIR. THE ABOVE REVENUE AND EXPENSES REPRESENT THE PROGRAM SERVICES INCOME AND EXPENSES FOR THE CURRENT COUNTY FAIR PERIOD. ALL OF THE FAIR'S ACTIVITIES LEND THEMSELVES TO THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE.
