THE ALLIANCE CONTINUED TO ADVOCATE FOR AFFORDABLE, RELIABLE MAIL SERVICE FOR NONPROFITS. WE EDUCATED ABOUT RECENT RATE HIKES DAMAGING THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF USPS AS WELL AS MAILERS, AND THE POSTAL REGULATORY COMMISSION AGREED TO REOPEN PRICING REGULATIONS TWO YEARS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. WE ALSO COMMUNICATED ABOUT POOR BUSINESS REPLY MAIL SERVICE AND THE INSPECTOR GENERAL PERFORMED AN AUDIT THAT DOCUMENTED WIDESPREAD ISSUES.
