THE COMPLEX IS OPERATED PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND PARTICIPATES IN THE SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT PROGRAM. SUCH FACILITIES ARE REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
