WE PROVIDE EVIDENCE BASED, INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLANS, DESIGNED TO GIVE CLIENTS THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN A SUBSTANCE FREE LIFESTYLE WITHIN A FRAMEWORK OF COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORTS. RECOVERY HOUSE, INC. ENDORSES PARTICIPATION IN 12 STEP GROUPS WITH THE GOAL OF ACHIEVING OPTIMAL OUTCOMES. AFFORDABILITY FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE OUR SERVICES ARE BASED ON A SLIDING FEE SCALE ESTABLISHED BY THE VERMONT OFFICE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE PROGRAMS. IF A PERSON IN NEED CANNOT AFFORD EVEN WHAT THE SLIDING SCALE WOULD REFLECT WE WILL ADMIT THE CLIENT ANYWAY AND SEEK TO BILL THEM UPON COMPLETION OF TREATMENT. SUBSTANCE ABUSE COMPASSIONATE STAFF ARE AVAILABLE 24/7 TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE DETOXIFICATION, TREATMENT AND THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR MEN AND WOMEN IN NEED. PREVENTION WE PROVIDE INFORMATION, SKILLS AND RESOURCES AROUND ALCOHOL AND DRUGS AS WELL AS HIV, HEPATITIS C, AND TUBERCULOSIS. WE ALSO PROVIDE TAI CHI WHICH HELPS CLIENTS TO CHANNEL THEIR RESTLESSNESS IN ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO PROMOTE POSITIVE LIFESTYLE CHANGES. FAMILIES SERENITY HOUSE OFFERS VISITING ON SUNDAY AFTERNOONS FROM 1 P.M. TO 2:30 P.M. FAMILIES ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO VISIT AT CLIENTS AT GRACE HOUSE DURING. INDIVIDUAL COUNSELORS AT SERENITY HOUSE & GRACE HOUSE WILL OFTEN TRY TO INVOLVE THE FAMILIES AS MUCH AS A CLIENT WILL ALLOW. FAMILIES MAY COME IN FOR SESSIONS OR BE PART OF A PHONE CONFERENCE.
