OUR LARGEST PROJECT IS CALLED HOLIDAY HOUSE. THE WOMAN'S COMMUNITY CLUB DECORATES THE STOREFRONT WINDOWS OF THE DOWNTOWN FORT MYERS RIVER DISTRICT. WE WORK WITH THE SIDNEY AND BERNE DAVIS ART CENTER AND THE RIVER DISTRICT ALLIANCE TO ASSIST IN KICKING OFF THE CITY'S HOLIDAY SEASON WITH THEIR TREE LIGHTING AND SANTA VISIT AS WELL. THIS PROJECT ENCOMPASSES 70% OF THE TIME AND RESOURCES OF THE CLUB. THE CLUB ALSO WORKS WITH THE EDISON PAGEANT OF LIGHT TO PLAN, ORGANIZE AND DECORATE THEIR ANNUAL CORONATION BALL, AN EVENT TO COMMEMORATE THE MEMORY OF THOMAS ALVA EDISON. OTHER ACTIVITIES CONSIST OF LUNCHEONS, TEAS, AND FASHION SHOWS.
