HOUSING AND FACILITY OPERATIONS: THROUGH AN INTEGRATION OF CROSSWAY SERVICES WITHIN A 37 UNIT ON-SITE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND WORK-FAMILY RESOURCE SERVICE, CROSSWAY COMMUNITY SUPPORTS THE LIFE-SKILLS DEVELOPMENT OF LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND THEIR AT RISK CHILDREN FOR FAMILIES ACROSS THE METROPOLITAN DC AREA AND FOR FAMILIES ENROLLED IN THE FAMILY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.
