THE FREDERICK FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS IS AN ANNUAL JURIED, MULTI-DAY FINE ARTS FESTIVAL IN FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND. THE EVENT FEATURES OVER ONE HUNDRED SELECT ARTISTS FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY, LIVE ENTERTAINMENT, ARTIST DEMONSTRATIONS, CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES, CONCESSIONS, ETC.
THE COMMUNITY ARTS DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM PROVIDES ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR LOCAL ARTS PROGRAMS IN FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND. IN THIS REGARD, THE ORGANIZATION ASSESSES AND DISTRIBUTES FUNDING TO VARIOUS NON-PROFIT ARTS ORGANIZATIONS FOR GENERAL OPERATIONS OR PROJECT SUPPORT PURPOSES.
