ERIC PROVIDES THE BRIDGE BETWEEN THOSE WHO CRAFT THE RULES AND THOSE WHO MUST COMPLY WITH THEM AS THE ONE ORGANIZATION THAT EXCLUSIVELY REPRESENTS THE HEALTH, RETIREMENT, PAID LEAVE, AND COMPENSATION PUBLIC POLICY PRIORITIES OF LARGE EMPLOYERS BEFORE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. ERIC FIGHTS AGAINST EMPLOYER TAXES, MANDATES, AND COMPLIANCE BURDENS, WHILE ADVOCATING FOR POLICIES THAT ALLOW EMPLOYERS TO OFFER BENEFITS EFFECTIVELY, EFFICIENTLY, AND UNIFORMLY TO THEIR EMPLOYEES ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
