FEDERAL RELATIONS - THE ORGANIZATION'S FEDERAL REGISTERED LOBBYIST REPRESENTS THE TWENTY-EIGHT MEMBER INSTITUTIONS COLLECTIVELY BEFORE CONGRESS AND THE ADMINISTRATION ON HIGHER EDUCATION POLICIES RELATED TO APPROPRIATIONS AND BUDGET, HIGHER EDUCATION AUTHORIZATION, AND TAX ISSUES.
