LED THE DISSEMINATION OF NATIONAL DEAF EDUCATION GUIDELINES TO BE USED IN STATES, SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AND SCHOOLS; DEVELOPED THE CEASD LEADERSHIP ACADEMY TO TRAIN RISING PROFESSIONALS; PROVIDED INPUT TO NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS' POLICY DOCUMENTS; ACCREDITED SEVERAL SCHOOLS THROUGH A RIGOROUS PEER REVIEW PROCESS; PRESENTED AT NATIONAL CONFERENCES ON TIMELY ISSUES IN DEAF EDUCATION; SUPPORTED SCHOOL LEADERS THROUGH NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AND INFORMATION-SHARING.
