THE HOSPITAL'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST PRIMARY, SECONDARY, AND SELECTED TERTIARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF AND VISITORS TO THE MID-DELMARVA PENINSULA IN A COMPETENT, COMPASSIONATE, AND COST-EFFECTIVE MANNER DESIGNED TO ELICIT A HIGH DEGREE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
