THE RAYMOND V. HAYSBERT ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, STRATEGIC PLANNING AND LINKS TO RESOURCES TO HELP SMALL BUSINESSES GROW THEIR FINANCIAL AND HUMAN CAPITAL.
THE YOUTH PROGRAMS INCLUDE A SATURDAY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES COLLABORATION BETWEEN PARENTS, THE BALTIMORE URBAN LEAGUE, SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES/COLLEGES AND OTHER PARTNERS TO CREATE A "VILLAGE" THAT INCREASES THE PARTICIPANTS ACADEMIC SUCCESS.
THE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WORKS TO INCREASE MINORITY EMPLOYMENT AND INCOME LEVELS THROUGH JOB TRAINING AND PLACEMENT SERVICES, CAREER EXPOSURE, WORK-SKILLS ENHANCEMENT,SEMINARS, COACHING AND LONG-TERM RETENTION STRATEGIES. PROGRAMMING ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS WITH SKILLS ASSESSMENTS, ONLINE JOB SEARCH TECHNIQUES, JOB TRAINING AND PLACEMENT, RESUME DEVELOPMENT, INTERVIEW SKILLS, AND CAREER COUNSELING.
THE URBAN LEAGUE GUILD AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS HELP FURTHER THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION BY HOSTING VARIOUS ACTIVITES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
