THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDED HOUSING TO QUALIFIED ELDERLY PERSONS THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A 56-UNIT MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING COMPLEX IN KINGMAN, ARIZONA. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED DECENT, SAFE, SANITARY AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO 61 RESIDENTS: 81% BETWEEN THE AGES 62-80; AND 17% BETWEEN AGES 81-95 AND 2% OVER 96. OF THIS RESIDENT POPULATION, 25% WERE IDENTIFIED AS AT-RISK ELDERLY, AND 29% WERE IDENTIFIED AS FRAIL ELDERLY. HARRISON HAVEN HAS A SERVICE COORDINATOR WHO ASSISTS RESIDENTS IN OBTAINING NEEDED SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FROM COMMUNITY AGENCIES.
