AGE SIXTY-TWO AND OLDER, IN THE VILLAGE OF WAINWRIGHT. THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, AND MANAGEMENT OF A SENIOR HOUISNG FACIALITY SUBSIDIZED THROUGH HUD SECTION 202 SENIOR HOUSING PROGRAM.
