PATIENT ASSISTANCE AND EMERGENCY FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PATIENTS IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR SUCH NECESSITIES AS MEDICATIONS, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION, UTILITIES, AND OTHER EMERGENT NEEDS AS DETERMINED BY THE CASE MANAGER AND/OR CLINICAL STAFF.
PROGRAMS INTEGRAL TO THE WELL-BEING OF CANCER PATIENTS AND FAMILIES INCLUDE SUPPORT GROUPS, MASSAGE THERAPY, CANCER SURVIVORS' DAY, AND CANCER SCREENINGS; A SOCIAL WORKER PROVIDES SUPPORT AND REFERRAL SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS.
