THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES BY DEVELOPING AND FOSTERING PROGRAMS THAT ENCOURAGE PRIVATE SECTOR INVOLVEMENT IN WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION.
INTERN DELAWARE IS AN 'ADD-ON' TO A COMPANY'S INTERNSHIP PROGRAM. DURING THIS TWO-MONTH PROGRAM, SUMMER INTERNS RECEIVE ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNED TO HELP THEM UNDERSTAND THE UNIQUE ASPECTS OF DELAWARE'S ECONOMY AND CULTURE.
