INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SERVED IN THE PROGRAM RECEIVE VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT, CAREER PLANNING AND COUNSELING, JOB TRAINING AND JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES. CONNECT TO WORK ALSO DEVELOPS SMALL BUSINESSES IN WHICH INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND DISADVANTAGES SUCH AS LOW RATES OF EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE INVOLVEMENT CAN OBTAIN COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT.
