CLIMB REACHED OVER 88,000 PEOPLE IN SCHOOLS, SENIOR CENTERS, AND ONLINE, THROUGH OUR PLAYS, CLASSES, AND OTHER COLLABORATIVE WORKS! WE HAVE CONTINUED TO FOCUS OUR PROGRAMMING TO ALIGN WITH THE CLIMB A.R.E.A.S. THE CLIMB A.R.E.A.S IS THE CENTER OF OUR PROGRAMMING FOCUSING ON ACCOUNTABILITY, RESILIENCY, EMPATHY, ADVOCACY, SELF-CONTROL. IN MARCH 2020, CLIMB PIVOTED TO FULLY ONLINE PROGRAMMING BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. WE MAINTAINED THE EMPLOYMENT OF OUR ARTISTIC STAFF WHO BEGAN TO IMMEDIATELY CREATE DIGITAL CONTENT THAT WE COULD SHARE WITH SCHOOLS AND FAMILIES ACROSS THE GLOBE. OUR PROGRAMMING WAS SLIGHTLY RESTRUCTURED TO WORK WITH THE NEEDS OF ORGANIZATIONS WHO HAD ALSO MOVED TO MEETING ONLINE. ALONG WITH OUR ARTISTIC DESIGN STAFF, CLIMB ENDED THE FISCAL YEAR POISED TO LAUNCH OUR DIGITAL CLASSES IN 2 CAPACITIES. CLIMB LIVE! AND CLIMB ON DEMAND A STREAMING SUBSCRIPTION. CLASSES CREATE SAFE, AGE-APPROPRIATE SPACES FOR STUDENTS EXPLORE A WEALTH OF COMMON KID-ISSUES. EVERY TOPIC CLIMB ADDRESSES IS WELL RESEARCHED AND LEARNING OUTCOMES ARE CREATED TO UNIQUELY REACH EACH LESSON'S GOALS. OUR EDUCATION WORKS WITH THE TEACHERS AND STAFF AT EACH SCHOOL AND CUSTOMIZES THE LESSON TO STUDENTS' NEEDS.
