BEAUFORT ART ASSOCIATION GALLERY AND SATELLITE GALLERIES - DISPLAYS LOCAL ARTISTS' WORK WHICH BENEFITS AN ESTIMATED 15,000 PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE GALLERY SHOWS ARE ROTATED FREQUENTLY. ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS MAY JOIN THE ASSOCIATION, AND THE PUBLIC HAS DAILY ACCESS TO THE ASSOCIATION'S MAIN LOCATION AND ITS THREE SATELLITE LOCATIONS, LOCAL SCHOOL TEACHERS BRING STUDENT FIELD TRIPS TO THE GALLERY FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
SPRING ART SHOW - AN ANNUAL ART SHOW OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY AT A PUBLIC FACILITY PROMOTING LOCAL ART WHICH BENEFITS AN EXTIMATED 5,000 PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY. THE SPRING ART SHOW HAS BOTH ADULT AND STUDENT ENTRY CLASSES. AN OUTSIDE ART EXPERT IS BROUGHT IN FOR JUDGING, CRITIQUE AND TRAINING.
