HOSPITAL EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS - GRANT TO PLAN, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN REGIONAL HOSPITAL PLANS FOR STATE OF HAWAII LICENSED HEALTHCARE FACILITIES INCLUDING HOSPITALS, LONG TERM CARE FACILITIES, HOME CARE AND HOSPICE AGENCIES, AND VARIOUS AMBULATORY CARE CLINICS. THESE EFFORTS INCLUDED PLANNING AND PREPAREDNESS ACTIVITIES INVOLVING PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE US DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES HOSPITAL PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM.
