FREE CLOTHING, SMOKING CESSATION ASSISTANCE AND MINOR HOME REPAIRS
PROVIDING AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION FOR REDUCING THE HEALTH DISPARITIES EXPERIENCED BY VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES.
