EARLY LEARNING CENTER -A LICENSED DELAWARE STARS DAYCARE CENTER THAT SERVES CHILDREN FROM AGES OF 12 MONTHS TO 5 YEARS OLD WHICH ENDEAVORS TO SERVE AND DEVELOP POTENTIALS AND ABILITIES.
