THE DOWNTOWN KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION PROVIDES A GRANT PROGRAM FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO REQUEST FUNDS FROM TEH FOUNDATION FOR PROGRAMS THAT BENEFIT THE YOUTH OF KANSAS.
THERE IS ALSO A PROGRAM FUNDED FOR THE EDUCATION OF 5TH GRADERS IN AND AROUND THE WICHITA, KANSAS AREA CALLED KIDS CARE ABOUT NATURE. THIS PROGRAM IS PERFORMED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GREAT PLAINS NATURE CENTER IN WICHITA, KANSAS.
