E.D.A.P. - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FOOD, CLOTHING, ETC. TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE INCURRED LOSSES DUE TO FLOODS, FIRE, TORNADOES, HURRICANES, ETC.
