THE ROTARY READS PROGRAM PROVIDES BOOKS AND CONDUCTS BOOK DISTRIBUTION FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH UNDER AGE 18. THE ROTARY CARES PROGRAM PROVIDES AND DISTRIBUTES BASIC HYGIENE ITEMS, HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES, AND SNACK ITEMS TO LOWER INCOME COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN NEED IN THE KANSAS CITY METRO AREA. THESE ITEMS ARE ACQUIRED THROUGH DONATION WITH SHIPPING AND STORAGE FEES PAID BY THE OVERLAND PARK ROTARY FOUNDATION.
