BELIEVES THAT ALL PEOPLE ARE VALUABLE MEMBERS OF THE HUMAN FAMILY, AND WHEN TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY, THEY ARE MORE LIKELY TO RESPOND POSITIVELY TOWARD THEMSELVES AND THE COMMUNITY. IT IS WITH THIS SPIRIT THAT MANHATTAN EMERGENCY SHELTER, INC.
