TLHA, INC. DECOUPLED AND RESTRUCTURED OWNERSHIP AND FINANCING OF 199 LOW TO MODERATE INCOME HOUSING UNITS DURING 2019. TLHA, INC. OWNS A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY INTEREST AND A LIMITED PARNTERSHIP INTEREST WHICH ARE PARTNERS IN LUTHER PLACE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP WHICH OWNS THE UNITS NOTED ABOVE.
THE ASSOCIATION DECOUPLED AND RESTRUCTURED OWNERSHIP AND FINANCING OF 199 LOW TO MODERATE INCOME HOUSING UNITS DURING 2019. THE ASSOCIATION CONTINUES TO OWN A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY INTEREST WHICH IS A PARTNER IN LUTHER PLACE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, WHICH NOW OWNS THE UNITS NOTED ABOVE.
