PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES: RETIREMENT APARTMENTS ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES, LICENSED NURSING FACILITIES, AND POST-ACUTE REHABILITATION. IN 2023, WE SERVED A TOTAL OF 466 RESIDENTS IN INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING AND SKILLED NURSING FACILITY AND HAD A TOTAL OF 488 EMPLOYEES WORKING DURING THE YEAR.
WE PROVIDE HOME HEALTH SERVICES, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MEADOWLARK HILLS, TO OUR RESIDENTS ON CAMPUS AND TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH HOSPITALS AND REHAB FACILITY REFERRALS. THE MEMBERS OF BREWSTER CONNECT, OUR COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICE PROGRAM, BENEFIT FROM THE USE OF OUR CAMPUS AMENITIES AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. IN 2023, WE SERVED A TOTAL OF 169 MEMBERS IN THIS PROGRAM.
