IN 2021, WE SERVED A TOTAL OF 560 RESIDENTS IN INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING AND SKILLED NURSING FACILITY AND HAD A TOTAL OF 531 EMPLOYEES WORKING DURING THE YEAR. DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE OFFERED FREE MEAL DELIVERY AND FREE GROCERY SHOPPING SERVICE TO ALL THE RESIDENTS ON CAMPUS. WE ALSO OPENED FOOD PANTRY FOR STAFF TO ORDER GROCERIES FROM TO MINIMIZE TRIPS TO PUBLIC PLACES. IN ADDITION TO THIS, WE PROVIDED FREE MEALS TO ALL THE STAFF AND ADDED HAZARD PAY TO THOSE WHO WERE WORKING WITH COVID POSITIVE RESIDENTS IN ASSISTED LIVING AND SKILLED NURSING FACILITY.
WE PROVIDE HOME HEALTH SERVICES, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MEADOWLARK HILLS, TO OUR RESIDENTS ON CAMPUS AND TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH HOSPITALS AND REHAB FACILITY REFERRALS. THE MEMBERS OF BREWSTER CONNECT, OUR COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICE PROGRAM, BENEFIT FROM THE USE OF OUR CAMPUS AMENITIES AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. IN 2021, WE SERVED A TOTAL OF 114 MEMBERS IN THIS PROGRAM.
