FRASIER MEADOWS MANOR IS TAX-EXEMPT CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY OPERATED TO FURTHER THE VISION AND MISSION OF THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH AS EXPRESSED BY ITS GENERAL BOARD OF DISCIPLESHIP THROUGH THE METHODIST CENTER ON AGING AND OLDER ADULT MINISTRIES. THE FACILITY INCLUDES INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING AND SKILLED NURSING CARE, WHICH INCLUDES INDEPENDENT AND ASSISTED RESIDENTIAL COMPETENCY SUPPORT, MEAL SERVICES, CHAPLAINCY PROGRAM WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND SUPPORT, AND RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES. THE FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO MEET THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF SENIORS FOR FINANCIAL SECURITY, CONSISTENCY AND ACCESSIBLE HEALTHCARE, AND TO ENHANCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDEPENDENT "AGING IN PLACE".
