HEALTH CARE: FOLLOWING MEADOWLARK'S NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED HOUSEHOLD MODEL, THESE HOUSES ARE DESIGNED TO OFFER THE FREEDOM, PRIVACY AND CONNECTIVITY OF HOME TO RESIDENTS WHO NEED ROUND-THE-CLOCK SKILLED NURSING CARE. OF THE 133 LICENSED BEDS, APPROXIMATELY 42% ARE OCCUPIED BY RESIDENTS RECEIVING MEDICAID BENEFITS, 7% RECEIVING MEDICARE A BENEFITS AND 51% PRIVATE PAY. TOTAL OCCUPANCY FOR FY23 WAS 92.0%.
ASSISTED LIVING: IN MEADOWLARK'S ASSISTED LIVING HOUSEHOLDS, TYPICAL CHORES SUCH AS HOUSEKEEPING AND LINEN SERVICE ARE TAKEN CARE OF SO YOU CAN ENJOY YOURSELF AND YOUR TIME. NURSES AND HOME HEALTH AIDES CAN ADDRESS YOUR HEALTH ISSUES IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME. THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES AN 8-BED HOME PLUS ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE FACILITIES.
