HEALTH CARE: FOLLOWING MEADOWLARK'S NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED HOUSEHOLD MODEL, THESE HOUSES ARE DESIGNED TO OFFER THE FREEDOM, PRIVACY AND CONNECTIVITY OF HOME TO RESIDENTS WHO NEED ROUND-THE-CLOCK SKILLED NURSING CARE. OF THE 133 LICENSED BEDS, APPROXIMATELY 48% ARE OCCUPIED BY RESIDENTS RECEIVING MEDICAID BENEFITS, 9% RECEIVING MEDICARE A BENEFITS AND 43% PRIVATE PAY. TOTAL OCCUPANCY FOR FY22 WAS 92.0%.
INDEPENDENT LIVING: INDEPENDENT LIVING OPTIONS RANGE FROM SPACIOUS COTTAGES WITH ROOM FOR OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING TO A STUDIO APARTMENT. FOR FY22, 167 APARTMENTS AND DUPLEXES WERE AVAILABLE AND HAD A TOTAL OCCUPANCY OF 89.2%.
