OPERATION OF A LIFE PLAN COMMUNITY THAT OFFERS A CONTINUUM OF CARE THAT INCLUDES 126 INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENTS, 48 PATIO HOMES, 63 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, 20 ASSISTED LIVING MEMORY CARE UNITS AND 88 SKILLED NURSING BEDS, WHICH INCLUDE 18 MEDICAID CERTIFIED BEDS. BENEVOLENT CARE ASSISTANCE IS ALSO PROVIDED, WHICH INCLUDES MEDICAID CONTRACTUAL ALLOWANCES.
