SUNNY VISTA LIVING CENTER PROVIDES SKILLED NURSING CARE FOR ELDERS; BOTH FOR LONG TERM CARE AND SHORT TERM REHABILITATION. WE PROVIDE CARE TO MEDICAID RESIDENTS (A PROGRAM THAT SUPPORTS PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY FOR SKILLED NURSING). THESE NEEDS OF ALL RESIDENTS ARE PROVIDED FOR; HEALTH CARE, ACTIVITIES, SOCIAL SERVICES AND DINING SERVICES. THIS GROUP GENERALLY STAYS IN OUR COMMUNITY UNTIL THEIR DEATH. WE ALSO PROIVDE MEDICARE REHABILITATION. THESE RESIDENTS WORK WITH OUR THERAPISTS FOR A SHORT TIME TO ALLOW THEM TO RETURN HOME WELL AND STRONG. WE ALSO PROVIDE HOSPICE CARE THAT PROVIDES COMFORT SERVICES TO THOSE NEEDING END OF LIFE CARE. FINALLY, WE PROVIDE CARE FOR PRIVATE PAY RESIDENTS WHO ARE GENERALLY HERE FOR REGULAR SKILLED NURSING CARE AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO PAY FOR THAT CARE.
THE RETREAT AT SUNNY VISTA PROVIDES AN ASSISTED LIVING OPTION FOR ELDERS WHO NEED SOME ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING AND MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION. SERVICES INCLUDE MEAL PREPARATION, HOUSEKEEPING, TRANSPORTATION AND A LIFE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM FOR SOCIALIZATION. THE RETREAT ALSO PROVIDES MEMORY SUPPORT FOR THOSE SUFFERING FROM ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND DEMENTIA. SPECIAL PROGRAMMING IS PROVIDED TO ENGAGE RESIDENTS TO OPTIMIZE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE, DESPITE THE DISEASE PROCESS.
SENIOR LOW INCOME INDEPENDENT HOUSING. THE VILLA PROVIDES COORDINATION OF PROGRAMS, SUCH AS GOLDEN CIRCLE MEAL SERVICE, ANNUAL FLU VACCINES AND OUTPATIENT THERAPY SERVICES WITH THE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY.
