OPERATIONS OF ALDERSGATE VILLAGE PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY. THE CAMPUS CONSISTS OF A 175 BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY, 12 HOME PLUS UNITS AND ASSISTED/INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS MENTIONED BELOW. DURING 2021, THE ORGANIZATION SOLD THE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY.ALDERSGATE VILLAGE IS A FAITH-BASED, SENIOR LIVING NEIGHBORHOOD OPEN TO PEOPLE OF ALL DENOMINATIONS AND FAITH BACKGROUNDS.
