MD-SERI MAIN STREET GRANT/TARC/STATE OF MD GRANTS COVID ASSISTANCE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE GOVERNOR'S MD (SERI) PROGRMAM/HARFORD COUNTY TOURISM(TARC)/MD DHCD. THESE GRANTS PROVIDED COVID RELIEF IN THE FORM OF $3,000 GRANTS TO OVER 63 BUSINESS IN THE HAVRE DE GRACE COMMUNITY.
