(DPCF) IS ESTABLISHING A CULTURAL CENTER IN DE PERE, WISCONSIN, WHICH IT WILL ESTABLISH, SPONSOR, AND MANAGE PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND RESOURCES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC (THE "PROJECT"). IN 2021, DPCF ACQUIRED LAND, SELECTED A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AND, IN EARLY AUGUST, BEGAN CONSTRUCTION OF THE CULTURAL CENTER. THE PROJECT IS ON SCHEDULE FOR SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION IN JUNE, 2023.
