THE VILLA AT FLORHAM PARK OPERATES A SKILLED NURSING AND ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY FOR ELDERLY RESIDENTS IN A FACILITY LICENSED FOR 56 SKILLED NURSING, 21 ASSISTED LIVING BEDS, AND 27 COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL CARE UNITS. IT ALSO MAKES AVAILABLE SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION TO ITS OWN RESIDENTS AS WELL AS THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY. THE VILLA AT FLORHAM PARK OPERATES A ROBUST PROGRAM THAT ADDRESSES THE SPIRITUAL, HEALTH, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, AND SOCIAL NEEDS OF ITS RESIDENTS.CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O.CENSUS AT THE VILLA WAS LOWER DURING 2020 DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND A SHORTAGE OF STAFF. AS A RESULT, MANAGEMENT MADE THE DECISION TO CLOSE THE FACILITY DURING 2021, AND THE FINAL RESIDENT WAS DISCHARGED ON JUNE 10, 2021. ON JUNE 18, 2021, A NONBINDING LETTER OF INTENT WAS RECEIVED FROM AN INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY TO PURCHASE AND OPERATE THE VILLA AT FLORHAM PARK. AS OF THE DATE THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS WERE ISSUED, NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY ARE STILL ONGOING.
