THROUGH A GRANT TO THE PATIENT ADVOCATE FOUNDATION, THE BEGIN AGAIN FOUNDATION ASSISTED WITH PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS WITH ARDS (ACUTE RESPIRATORY DISTRESS SYNDROME), SEPSIS, AND/OR TSS (TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME) PHYSICIAN VERIFIED DIAGNOSIS TO HELP WITH RENT, MEDICATION, TRANSPORTATION, UTILITY OR GROCERY EXPENSES.
THROUGH SPECIFIC GRANTS TO THE BUTTERFLY BLESSINGS OF THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF THE KING'S DAUGHTERS, THE BEGIN AGAIN FOUNDATION WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES OF PATIENTS IN THE HOSPITAL WHO DEMONSTRATED A SEVERE HARDSHIP. THE GRANTS ARE TO BE USED TO HELP WITH EXPENSES RELATED TO TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, MEDICATIONS, HOUSEHOLD UTILITIES AND MORE.
