CONSUMER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM-PHAN'S TEAM OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALISTS HELP ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT HEALTH INSURANCE, THE PROCESS OF ENROLLING, RE-ENROLLING, TROUBLESHOOT PROBLEMS, WORK WITH NEW ENROLLEES TO BECOME MORE ACTIVE AND ENGAGE CONSUMERS OF HEALTHCARE. PHAN SERVICES 61 OUT OF 67 COUNTIES IN PENNSYLVANIA. PHAN'S STATEWIDE HELPLINE RECEIVES OVER 11,000 CALLS PER YEAR AND HAS CONNECTED OVER 8,500 INDIVIDUALS TO HEALTHCARE COVERAGE.
