KEN ANDERSON ALLIANCE'S PHILOSOPHY INCLUDES FOSTERING INTERDEPENDENCE AMONG ITS RESIDENTS THROUGH COMMUNAL ENDEAVORS, ACTIVITIES AND WORK. IN ADDITION, RESIDENTS AND THE NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO BUILD MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS WITH EACH OTHER TO DEMONSTRATE THEIR UNIQUE STRENGTHS AND ABILITIES OF THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND TO BRING OUT THE BEST IN THE MAJORITY COMMUNITY. WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY RESIDENT AT KEN ANDERSON ALLIANCE HAS A PURPOSE AND DESERVES TO FEEL A SENSE OF PRIDE IN BEING PART OF A COMMUNITY THAT SEEKS THE GREATER GOOD.
