ARC: THE ANTIRACIST COLLECTIVE IS A SPACE FOR OAKLANDS PRINCIPALS OF COLOR TO HEAL FROM RACISM AND BUILD PARTNERSHIPS WITH THEIR SUPERVISORS WHILE LEARNING TECHNICAL AND ADAPTIVE SKILLS TO BE ANTIRACIST LITERACY LEADERS.


3L'S ACADEMY: IMPROVE LITERACY RATES BY SERVING THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY; FROM SCHOOLS, TO FAMILIES, AND STUDENTS AND TEACHERS BY DEVELOPING CURRICULUM, SUPPORTING TEACHERS, AND PROVIDING RESOURCES FOR PARENTS TO RE-ENGAGE AND RE-CALIBRATE LEARNED BEHAVIORS TO FIGHT THE LITERACY GAP.
