ADDITIONALLY, PHAWARE IS DEVELOPING APPS WHICH, FROM A PATIENT/DOCTOR PERSPECTIVE, ARE DESIGNED TO CREATE GREATER PATIENT-PHYSICIAN CONNECTIVITY, AS WELL AS PROVIDE REAL TIME HEALTH DATA FOR PHYSICIANS AND CLINICIANS FOCUSED ON SEEKING A CURE FOR THIS RARE DISEASE. ONE OF OUR PRIME OBJECTIVES IS TO LEVERAGE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY AND USE IT CAPTURE, ENGAGE AND ENABLE DIAGNOSED AND UNDIAGNOSED PH PATIENTS, CAREGIVERS, AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS BY PROVIDING THEM WITH DIGITAL CONTENT FOCUSED ON EDUCATION, RESOURCES AND KNOWLEDGE. EARLY DIAGNOSIS, PHAWARE365 PULMONARY HYPERTENSION (PH) IS A RARE, COMPLEX AND CHRONIC LUNG DISEASE, WHICH CURRENTLY HAS NO CURE. PH, OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE IN THE LUNGS, MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR A PATIENT TO RECEIVE ADEQUATE OXYGEN AND FORCES THE HEART TO WORK HARDER, OFTEN RESULTING IN HEART FAILURE AND DEATH. IT IS OFTEN CONFUSED WITH ASTHMA OR COPD. PH CAN BE DIFFICULT TO DIAGNOSE IN A ROUTINE MEDICAL EXAM BECAUSE THE MOST COMMON SYMPTOMS OF PH ARE ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH MANY OTHER CONDITIONS. PH PATIENTS SPEND AN AVERAGE OF 2 TO 3 YEARS SEEKING AN ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS. 75% OF PATIENTS WILL HAVE ADVANCED PH BY THE TIME THEY ARE DIAGNOSED. PROPER AND EARLY DIAGNOSIS IS CRUCIAL FOR PATIENT CARE, AND IT BEGINS WITH AWARENESS.
