PROVIDES MENTORSHIP AND GUIDANCE ON OBTAINING CAREERS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND GIVES EXPOSURE TO YOUTH LOOKING FOR JOBS AND EMPLOYMENT IN VARIOUS CAREER FIELDS. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES A SOCIAL COMPONENT THAT FOCUS ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS, AS WELL AS A COMPONENT OF SELF ESTEEM
GATHERED VARIOUS GANG LEADERS FROM 7 OF THE HIGHEST GANG-RELATED NEIGHBORHOODS TO DETER VIOLENCE AND DEVELOP SOCIAL AND PERSONAL SKILLS THAT WILL HELP PREVENT VIOLENCE AND CRIME IN THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMUNITIES.
PROVIDES RENTAL, FOOD, AND CLOTHING ASSISTANCE FOR LOW INCOME RESIDENTS IN THE COMMUNITY. ALSO PROVIDES OTHER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR LOW INCOME RESIDENTS SUCH AS UTILITY ASSTISTANCE WHILE ENSURING ESSENTIAL NEEDS ARE MET.
